Visitors have said that The Bale Bungalow is like their beach home away from home, and you'll want to body right to the ocean from this bright three-bedroom home. (Even though this fun bungalow will make you feel like dancing your way to the beach, you can always choose to calmly walk instead because it's only a few blocks away.)Located in the very trendy Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach, this welcoming rental is in a friendly neighborhood that's ideal for a family vacation, and the community swimming pool is right next door. The Bale Bungalow accommodates ten and one of the bedrooms has double bunk beds, so the kids can sleep as soundly as you do. You'll savor the wide-open living area that features big comfortable furnishings, and a sizable flat-screen TV that's an ideal gathering spot for a game of charades or a family movie nighttime. And when you want to lounge outside, you can relax around a shaded patio table while the ceiling fans spin above you.Be sure to take advantage of the many close by favorite jaunts that the locals appreciate, such as Flip Flops Bar & Grille or Harry the Hat's restaurant. If you're visiting during summertime, you can dance outdoors to a live band at Ocean Annie's or check out the nightly entertainment at Apache Pier.

Our top Vacation rental tips:

Getting the best value:

  • Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Make a plan and choose the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:

  • Start by choosing the best vacation week and a max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. The Bale Bungalow - 3 Bed\/2 Bath Home with Community Pools - Shore Drive Area - 2 Blocks to Beach has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before reserving the property. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what bed configuration is suitable for your group.
  • If there's a certain Myrtle Beach attraction you simply love, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or might be applied to your contract.

More tips for your visit:

  • Add the host's phone number to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • To make certain no damages are attributed to your family's visit, note any problem areas during arrival. text the rental manager right away to document any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
