Appreciate your beach vacation in our roomy 3 BR, 2 BA 11th floor condo just steps from the sand! This condo, located in The Golden Mile stretch of Myrtle Beach and is the ideal place to savor your beach vacation!

Inside the Condo:
- Oceanview primary with King Bed and en suite bathroom
- 2 Additional guest rooms, both with 2 twin size beds (4 total beds) and shared bathroom space
- Duvets, Sheets, Bath towels, washrags, makeup towels are supplied fresh for each set of guests
- All modest kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, and linens are carefully curated for convenience, functionality, and style
- Fridge with filtered water dispenser and ice maker
- Washer and Dryer available in Unit
- Family and Adult board games included (Monopoly, UNO, Sequence, Cards Against Humanity, and more!)

- This property is independently owned and is not managed by the on-site timeshare company. Waterpark located next to building is privately owned and operated and is not affiliated with this unit.

What to Expect:
We can't wait for you to stay with us! When you arrive you will enjoy a welcome bag to get you started including dish detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We provide all bed and bath linens fresh with every stay. Here are some items we recommend bringing with you:
-Beach towels
-Beach umbrella and chairs
-Sunscreen
-Cooler
-Additional coffee (we provide a starter amount and plenty of filters; we have a drip coffee machine)

Other info:
- Guests will always have access to reach out via booking app leading up to and during your entire stay. This unit is privately owned and managed so you will have direct 24/7 access to the owners for anything you need!
- A few days before arrival, host will reach out with Digital Access Code for entry to the unit (via direct message on booking app)
-2 parking passes are supplied for each reservation. No trailers, boats, RVs, motorbikes, or dirt bicycles are allowed on property
- Cancellations: Cancelation Policy is disclosed at time of booking, no exceptions. Early checkouts will not be refunded if guest leaves early. In the unlikely event the host needs to cancel, all funds will be refunded. In the event a State of Emergency is declared in Horry County, SC during a reservation, guests will have the option to re-book their stay for future dates.
