Luxury Condo at the Mason-sur-Mer. This freshly modernized, alluring condo, unit 301, is direct oceanfront with striking vistas. The sliders off the master bedroom practically hang over the ocean. The extended balcony is only on the oceanfront units and in total the unit has 6 sets of sliding glass doors. Everything you could need is in this condo from hair dryers. There are also outdoor gas grilles for your use. I supply beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The Mason has amenities that you will find in very few buildings in Myrtle Beach. The building has two exercise rooms, saunas, theater room, lounge, modest restaurant, tennis courts, billiard room, a ping pong table, and a tiki bar that is open in the summer. Also during the summer there is live entertainment, and sometimes a Bar-B-Que on Sundays out by the pool and tiki bar. During the off season there usually is some entertainment on the weekends in the lounge.

How to book the best rental experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- To get the largest rental home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain discounts for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select dates and spending budget.
- Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Ultimate Myrtle Beach Condo location in Prestigous Maisons-sur-Mer. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property management company before reserving the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what configuration is suitable for your family.
- Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
More tips for your visit:
- We recommend storing the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Note any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents many difficulties.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
