Parking below the home (OL charges for parking, not me). Golf Cart available (RENTED SEPARATELY). NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED! LIVING ROOM:
The Living Room with 2 full couches, a Intelligent TV, and a ceiling fan.

KITCHEN:
Full kitchen w/ sizable granite island that seats 6. Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and garbage disposal. View of the ocean. Coffee maker, blender, full set of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans.

PANTRY:
Off the kitchen is a modest pantry with a sliding Barn Door.

DINING ROOM:
Has a table that seats 6 next to the huge island that also seats 6.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Contains a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

HALF BATH:
Half bath located off of dining area.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Master has a king-size bed with a huge private bath with an additional large walk-in shower with mood lighting and Bluetooth. A ceiling fan and Intelligent TV are also in the room.

SECOND FLOORING:

BEDROOM 2:
Has a full-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Intelligent TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean vistas.

BEDROOM 3:
Has a king-size bed with a closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting (all on timers), and Intelligent TV. Door to private second-floor deck with ocean vistas.

BEDROOMS 4,5, AND 6:
All three bedrooms are identical with bunk beds with a trundle bed to sleep three total. Each room has a Intelligent TV, ceiling fan, closet, and recessed lighting.

BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS:
There are two full baths upstairs that are identical. Each has a rain shower head and Bluetooth.

UNDER HOME:
Outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars.
