Ideal Condo for your trip to the beach. Both bedrooms feature huge windows and T.V.s. Our home has a roomy open living area with a entirely equipped kitchen (granite counters!) so you can socialize while you are cooking. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper in the living room. Walk in shower in the guest bathroom, tub/shower combo in primary bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in our condo for your added convenience as well as COMPLIMENTARY WIFI WIRELESS INTERNET.

Parking pass will also come with 2 pool passes (1 per villa for each of the 2 on-site pools). No golf carts, motorbikes, or trailers allowed.

Located in the HEART OF TOWN right where Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach come together, you have everything you need right close by rather than just being at one end of the beach and driving more to get around to the attractions.

Once you get to the beach, you`ll see the famed Apache PIER just 2 blocks to the north and the ever-fashionable OCEAN ANNIE`S 2 blocks to the south, which features LIVE MUSIC, a POOL, and a great casual burger restaurant (River City Café) RIGHT ON THE OCEANFRONT DAILY!

* ATTRACTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT: The new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk (featuring the SkyWheel) and Broadway at the Beach are just a short car ride to your south and you`ll pass mini golf, theaters like Carolina Opry/Pirate`s Voyage, Lazer Tag, and countless stores/eateries along the way.

Getting Around:
Walk to eateries, grocery store, nightlife, & more! Beach just 1.5 blocks away!

Other Things to Note:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Animals Accepted. This includes emotional support animals as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

Interaction with Guests:
Skip the lines! Check in time is 4PM, Guests can go directly to the property and start visiting. No formal check-in or check-out required.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and by the sea. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed.
