Welcome to Blissful Sanctuary by myBeach Vacation Units! This new condo is located in a relaxing neighborhood, providing a peaceful getaway with striking water vistas. Close to a gorgeous golf course, residents can savor leisurely strolls among the greens. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a full kitchen. Just a 5-min. drive from the pristine beach, it invites you to countless days of sun and fun. For added excitement, Broadway at the Beach is also close by!

Roomy Accommodations: Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom.

Modern Conveniences: Appreciate the convenience of a entirely-equipped kitchen with Samsung appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A Kenmore vertical washer/dryer is also available for your use.

Entertainment: Unwind with Roku TV in the living room and cable TV in both bedrooms.

Comfort and Convenience: Each bedroom is well-appointed with ample pillows, bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Parking: Free parking is available on the premises, making it painless for you to come and go as you please.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is stringently for two cars.

You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have supplied laundry detergent for your convenience.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-returnable damage waiver supplied by a third-event insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-complimentary platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
