Welcome to this extraordinary condo overlooking the signature “St. Andrews” replica 18th green at the World Tour Golf Resort! Perfectly located only a few steps away from the clubhouse/restaurant. Our roomy 2nd story end unit is also convenient to the elevator, on-site parking and pool area. Centrally located, you are only mins. from area beaches, shopping outlets, eateries, family attractions and many additional top-rated courses. Whether you are here to golf, go to the beach or bring the kids to the boardwalk, this is the ideal location for you.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 2nd floor unit. Elevator! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Recently refreshed floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Modest appliances!

Family room: Appreciate the cavernous area with TV. Access to golf front balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: One king bed. Balcony access.

Bedroom 2: Two double beds.

Bedroom 3: Two double beds.

Balcony: Beautiful golf view. Roomy!

Pool: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Typically, the pool is closed for the season from October 15th until April 1st. The pool deck itself should remain open.

Other: Complex charcoal grilles available in the parking lot.

Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive over to the World Tour Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf costs apply).

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the internationally recognized golf course (Extra costs apply).

This unit is in the ideal area of Myrtle Beach.
- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.6 miles
- Coastal Grandiose Mall is about 4.2 miles
- Broadway At The Beach is about 5.3 miles
- The Ripken Feel Myrtle Beach is about 4.3 miles

Getting Around:
Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces (2 parking passes). Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.

The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill - but we like guests to be aware!

There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.

Pest control occurs quarterly on the 2nd Thursday (starts in Feb). The HOA requires access for this.
