The Space:

From this oceanfront condo at Dunes Village Resort, you watch the day unfold - swimmers tracing lines through the pools below, the Atlantic stretching endlessly ahead, and Myrtle Beach’s skyline adding energy to the horizon. The setting feels casual yet lively, shaped by the constant presence of the sea.



Located on the 10th floor, the condo is thoughtfully arranged for families and groups who want to spend time together while still having room to spread out. You have sweeping ocean, beach, pool, and resort vistas, along with glimpses of the city skyline and surrounding landscape that shift delightfully from morning to nighttime. Step outside onto the balcony to savor coffee with the breeze off the water or wind down in the evening as the lights along the coast begin to glow.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with oceanfront vistas, along with additional sleeping space that accepts everybody to settle in with ease. The setup includes one king bed, four queen beds, and a couch bed, making it well suited for extended families or groups traveling together. Fresh bed linens, additional pillows, and blankets are included to make arrival simple.



Living space & comfort

Inside, the condo balances practicality with comfort. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, while HDTVs and WiFi make it simple to relax after time at the beach or pools.
