If you're looking for a clean and roomy vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 7th floor, 1 bedroom suite at the Bay View Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom apartment is completely furnished with 2 queen beds, a sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! This condo offers 2 balconies, one with extraordinary city vistas and the other has a slight ocean view.

The apartment is a true 1-bedroom unit which means there is an actual bedroom with a door for privacy. Upon entering the apartment, guests will enter into a hallway leading directly into the kitchen area, where they will find a modest table and chairs for eating. Guests will then arrive at the kitchen that offers plentiful cabinet space, full size appliances, and plenty of cookware, silverware, cups, plates, and all basic cooking necessities. Guests will have access to a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and even modest appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short walk or ride from Bay View Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

Just off the kitchen guests will find the stackable washer and dryer. Guests will appreciate the convenience of being able to do laundry in the privacy of the room!

Just behind the kitchen is where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bedroom offers a door for privacy and features two queen-sized beds, dresser and closet for storage, TV with basic cable, and access to the private balcony. The full size bathroom is located just beside the bedroom and offers a tub/shower combo, mirror and vanity.

Making your way through the condo guests will find the living area. This is by far the most calming part of the space and features a couch that converts to a sleeper couch, accent chair, coffee table, and an entertainment stand with flat screen TV. Guests will also access the private balcony from the living room.

Bay View offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and covered pools, mushroom waterfall, hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, splash pad, sunbathing lawn, onsite Starbucks, and exercise center.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, lotion, makeup wipes, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

This condo is located at the Bay View Resort which is located within walking distance to the CCMF fairgrounds, Ripley's, the famed Peaches Corner, 2nd Avenue Pier, and so much more. The Myrtle Beach Airport is located 3.5 miles from the resort. Bay View is located directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and guests really savor walking and bicycle riding this oceanfront path!

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Tips for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:

Getting the best rental home value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

  • To start, have your family agree to vacation dates and a budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group requires. 1 Bedroom Suite with City and Partial Ocean Views- Bay View Resort 702 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available online. If they are not listed, email the host before booking the rental. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish which bed configuration is best for your vacation family.
  • Are you looking for special amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs might be applied to your invoice.

More tips for your visit:

  • Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Upon arrival, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many difficulties.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
