Savor a rare oceanfront main bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, and a living room wall of oceanfront windows displaying the glistening beaches and miles of the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit on the balcony for hours viewing the ocean, north and south coastlines, and listening to the crash of waves against the shore. And, being direct oceanfront, you can walk right outside onto the beach!

An array of designer-planned plush amenities await you, including a classic collection of handsome rattan wood furnishings, rattan console table, rattan swivel chair and ottoman, charming and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, handsome granite countertops, gorgeous new queen couch-bed, unique and high-quality artworks, and more.

The bedrooms, each with enormous en suite baths, are located at opposite ends of this condo for optimal privacy. Sounds of the ocean waves combined with luxury ‘Jamison’ premier box springs and gorgeously quilted support foam beds help to provide restful nights of sleep during your stay. Also featured are huge, wall-mounted, high definition TVs along with a progressive-scan DVD player for entertainment and downtime. Unit 1132 is conveniently at mid-level, and above ground noises that are sometimes heard at lower levels.

All Oceana Resorts guests are supplied with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

THINGS TO KNOW
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be finished on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grandiose) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
