The Golf Course Condo is in Myrtle Beach and is a light sunny, beach theme, comfortable yet modern - 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo, located on the second-floor. It has a walk up stairway (one level) and an elevator conveniently located in the center of the building.
No expense spared. Contactless check-in is also a nice additional as we have a keypad on the front door.
We have impressive beds (we travel a lot and know how important a good nighttime sleep is) All intelligent TVs, cozy patio set on an upsized, private balcony, to savor a nice drink after a fun day on vacation. Entirely outfitted kitchen with all the essentials. (I have cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here). We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with superb walking paths and or cycling (Magnolia Place), and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach is really close and has so much to see and do. Even on a rainy day, Broadway at the Beach, has many neat themed stores, Wonderworks, Pop Golf, eateries and so much more. We appreciate going to the Hangout at Broadway and listeningto the live bands in the comfort of the Adirondack chairs they provide. The condo is also ideally centered around many Golf Courses, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf.... you name it!
My husband and I adore the beach on 38th Ave (5 min. drive) and for our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. Booking the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides have money saving offers on nearby accommodations and attractions.

Choosing and booking the bestrental:

  • First, have your group agree to vacation dates and a budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Location, Location.. On the Course & a 5 minute ride to the BEACH! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to establish what configuration is suitable for your trip.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.

Additional considerations:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your smartphone.
  • Upon arrival, document any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many difficulties.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
