• Pool & Exercise Center Access:
o Access to Currents Waterpark at the Embassy Suites is not included.
o Passes to 78 Exercise are available for $15 per day or $80 per week. Weekly family passes (up to 4 people) are also available for $160.

• Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Smoking and Animals: Smoking is stringently prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Family Pets are not allowed at any time.
• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not allowed due to limited parking availability.
• Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the exercise center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not allowed at any time.
