This is a peaceful, 8 unit building just steps to the beach with the security of a lifeguard station within reach during your calming days on the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs, body boards and beach toys included for family fun. On your way to the beach, you will pass a modest, well maintained park surrounded by a running path, public exercise stations, grilling stations as well as swings and a modest play area for kids if desired. The vistas and sunrises are spectacular, relaxing and rejuvenating, an enchanting hideaway for friends and families to savor and build warm and lasting memories.
