This 3 bedroom first floor residence overlooks the lake from a private screened lanai. It is in pristine condition and offers an array of upgraded features to be discovered. The kitchen features professional series stainless steel appliances and leathered granite solid surface countertops and was completely modernized with engineered white oak floor throughout the great room. Smooth ceilings, 5" crown moldings huge baseboards, chair railings and porcelain tile floors line the entry, kitchen and baths. Magnolia Pointe also offers 7 swimming pools, & simple access to the beaches of Grandiose Strand; as well as 36 holes of golf on Myrtlewood’s championship course with a driving range & putting greens.
