This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to book two separate 2-bedroom condos under a single reservation! Conveniently located right next to each other at the Myrtle Beach Resort, these condos are ideal for a huge group of friends or two families who want to stay close together but still appreciate their own privacy. With two kitchens, two living areas, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two private balconies, there's plenty of room for everybody to spread out and relax.
Though units 146 and 148 are not directly connected, they are side by side, with their own private entry doors. Guests will receive two separate access codes for added convenience and security.
Let's start with 146-A. This cavernous condo is thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. As you enter, you'll step into the completely-equipped kitchen, featuring full-sized appliances and ample dining space for up to six guests. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meals.
Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the comfortable living room, furnished with a sizable couch that doubles as a queen-sized bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for two guests. The space also includes an accent chair, a coffee table, and an entertainment stand with a flat-screen TV. The living room opens up to your very own private balcony, ideal for appreciating the ocean breeze.
Now, let's move on to the bedrooms. The first bedroom is a opulent master suite, featuring a king-sized bed, a dresser and mirror, a flat-screen TV, a closet for additional storage, and access to the master bathroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, a toilet, and a double vanity sink for added convenience. For your convenience, we provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all the linens you need for a comfortable stay. You'll also find a set of “starter toiletries” like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner, to ensure you have everything you need to settle in and savor your stay.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a dresser, a TV with cable, and a closet. Guests have painless access to the guest bathroom, which features a walk-in, tiled shower and a double vanity sink.
Next door in unit 148, guests will find themselves greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads to two more splendid bedrooms. The master bedroom is a calming getaway, furnished with a plush queen-sized bed, two chic end tables with lamps, a roomy dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through a huge window, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The master suite also includes a private bathroom with a vanity sink, ample storage, an LED mirror with adjustable settings, a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead, and a toilet.
The second bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, featuring a fun twin-over-full bunk bed. A cozy end table with a lamp and a dresser for storage complete the room, while another wall-mounted flat-screen TV ensures everybody has their own space to relax.
The second bathroom, located off the hallway, mirrors the master bath in both style and amenities, including a vanity sink, an LED mirror, a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead, and a toilet.
As you move into the heart of the condo, the kitchen shines with its brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a stove and oven, a mounted microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The granite countertops provide plenty of space to prepare meals, while the cabinets offer ample storage for groceries. The kitchen is entirely supplied with everything you need to prepare up your favorite dishes.
Across from the kitchen, the dining area features a enormous table with seating for your entire group, making it simple to enjoy meals together. This space flows seamlessly into the living room, which is furnished with brand-new, comfortable pieces, including a couch that folds out into a full-sized bed and two accent chairs. After a day of fun and adventure, relax on the couch and enjoy the cozy warmth of the LED electric fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows on the upsized flat-screen TV. When you're ready to embrace the outdoors, step out onto the private balcony and take in the exhilarating ocean breeze as you relax and savor the ideal Myrtle Beach escape.

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To get the best value, shift your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Use filters to narrow your rental search:
- Start by selecting trip dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration you need. 4 Bedrooms for 13! 2 Renovated Condos at Myrtle Beach Resort! has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before you book the rental. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you love, look for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
- To make certain that no damages are linked to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the rental manager immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
