Please contact me for availability before booking. Some dates are still available even though they show on Vacation Rental By Owner as taken and some dates might not be available as inventory is live. Also, pics are from Hilton Grandiose Vacations and not my personal pics. The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/vistas depending on where it is assigned by floor. I've supplied the formal description of the unit from the resort. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need a bigger unit. Thanks!

Tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Sticking to a budget:
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. To book the most suitable rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Choosing the best vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Anderson Ocean Club – 2 Bedroom has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is suitable for your group.
- Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or could be applied to your agreement.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Be sure you get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make certain no damages are linked to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon check in. Contact the rental manager immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of concerns.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
- Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
