New to rental and Vacation Rental By Owner! Located in the trendy Arbor House Community and Shore Drive area, savor this cavernous 4 bedroom raised beach home with additional outdoor living space right underneath the home! This two-story beach home has a downstairs outdoor entertainment area with privacy screens, big screen tv, ping pong table, gas grille, additional downstairs kitchen for ease of outdoor cooking and calming & a half bathroom! Quiet end of complex, just a short walk to the beach or Arbor House community pool.
Upstairs has another screened-in porch sitting and eating area, freshly refreshed entirely-equipped kitchen, roomy living area, separate bar/nook area, washer/dryer, central heating and air conditioning. Giant TV's in 3 bedrooms. Linens and towels supplied. *A kitchen and bath starter packet will be included, please bring more of your own garbage bags, toilet paper, dish washer tabs, shampoo and conditioner. There is a Keurig for your convenience as well as a regular coffee pot. Full kitchen also includes an air fryer, crockpot, toaster and blender.

This ideal location puts you a short walking distance from the beach, the famed Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's, Flip Flops bar, Harry the Hats, Finn McCool's. Tanger Outlets, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Barefoot Landing and so many fun eateries, putt putts and stores are all just a few mins. north. Great central location.

Please note that golf carts, motorbikes or family pets are not allowed per HOA rules. They will enforce this rule (and evict you), so please abide by this so you can appreciate your stay to the fullest.
Units are Saturday to Saturday from June - August. Other months are four day minimum stay.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park.
