Super cute beach bungalow available for rent in Ocean Lakes Resort. Recently entirely refreshed w/ fresh paint & new luxury plank floor throughout. One bedroom w/ a queen bed, one bedroom w/ a full bed, bunkhouse w/ 2 twin beds. Kitchen is completely outfitted with basic appliances. Minutes walk to the beach! Washer & dryer available to use on property in the shed.

Ocean Lakes charges a parking fee per day. If you book/coordinate your parking prior to 10 days of your arrival it is $12 per day. If you coordinate your parking less than 10 days of arrival your parking fee is $15 per day, so the earlier the better. You will pay the office that directly upon check in. All guests and cars are registered at check in as it is a 24 hour gated community.

Check in is at 3 pm and check out is 10 am sharp unless prior approval. A $100 late fee will be assessed for any unapproved late checkouts due to incoming guests, fast turnaround in peak season and the cleaning company’s schedule.

No family pets allowed. Fees will be assessed for unauthorized pets.

No smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed outside the home. There will be a $500 fine for smoking in the home.

Washer and dryer available to use on property in the shed at no cost.
