Summary:
Welcome to Beach Bungalow!! Our condo is located within Golf Colony at Deerfield Plantation, in Surfside Beach, SC. Our Second Floor Condo features 2BR/2BA. This condo tons of natural light and the balcony overlooks the pool. This is a peaceful and family aligned neighborhood. Cozy and ideal for one to five people. Spirals staircase leads to loft 2nd bedroom upstairs. Being centrally located to all the attractions, eateries and shopping that Myrtle Beach, Surfside and Garden City has to offer. With convenient location between Business 17 and Bypass 17 so there is an exit to both highways.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master bedroom has a Queen size Bed, dresser, flat screen TV, closet. A 32" Intelligent TV with cable access and COMPLIMENTARY WIFI. The Guest Bedroom has a Twin size over Queen size Bunk Bed, dresser, dresser. Both full size bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a full size couch with chaise lounges on both ends, Flat Screen TV with cable access and Free Wifi. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area.


KITCHEN

Our FULL-SIZE kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. It is well-equipped and entirely outfitted with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it simple to appreciate without the hassle of leaving if you choose to stay in.

When it's time to dine, savor our dining table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests or our enormous breakfast bar equipped with barstool seating. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time.

We also have a stackable washer & dryer in the unit for your added convenience!

Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony with a gorgeous pool view, with access from the living room. Complete with seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and numerous trash bags.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- NO Smoking in the condo at all. If smoking occurs in the condo, there will be a $250.00 additional charge.

- Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Sizable groups: No more than 5 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Grand events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
