Fantastic One Bedroom One Bathroom Ocean View. 500 sq ft.. Two Full Beds In Bedroom. Sleeps 4. New Couch and Kitchen Table. Full Kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and silverware included. Fantastic Northeast Sunrise Vistas! Sizable Flat Screen TV's in Bedroom and Living Room. This is a handsome family aligned resort.

Conveniences Including access to Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Lazy River, Onsite Restaurant and Bar on the 1st floor, Onsite, Seasonal Tiki Bar, Cable TV, WiFi and Convenient Laundromat.
Property is ocean front and just mins. to public piers, marinas, boat landings, public parks and restaurant/stores. Conveniently located in the vicinity of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer including: The Market Common, Coastal Grande Mall, Tanger Outlet Centers, Over 80 golf courses.

The resort does not allow smoking of any sort including vaping and is not allowed in the room or on the balcony. There is a smoking area near the seasonal ocean side Tiki bar. Guests that violate this policy will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.

This room does not allow family pets

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. ALL UNITS ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED AND MANY OWNERS LIVE AT THE RESORT FULL TIME. THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH CLEAN SHEETS, TOWELS, WASHCLOTHS AND HAND TOWELS FOR EACH GUEST DURING YOUR STAY. KITCHEN TOWELS ARE ALSO PROVIDED. WE ALSO PROVIDE STARTER TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, & TRASH BAGS.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is .5 mile away for anything else you may need for your stay

The room is keyless entry with keypad code. You will be given a code the day before your arrival.

Parking Notes: There is a secured parking garage across the street. or you may park in the Villas parking lot across the street. Parking Passes must be displayed in both parking areas. Passes and white key card for parking garage will be in the room upon check-in. Park in the 15-min. parking outside of the lobby and bring items up to the room and grab Parking Passes. Display pass on your rearview mirror at all times while parked on the property. There is a $100 fee for each white key card that is not returned.

Towing is enforced. Boats, trailers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed to be parked on the property at any time.

Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium.
