Guests conveniently savor keyless entry doors (one codes access building and condo doors) and an attached parking garage. The extremely clean condo has comfortable beds with fresh white sheets and roomy bathrooms with fluffy white bath towels.
The dining room and completely-furnished kitchen are great for entertaining with ocean vistas, a enormous table that seats eight, and a breakfast bar that seats four.
The kitchen offers two fridges with ice-makers, two ovens and two dishwashers.

Strategies for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Money saving strategies:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, try changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
- The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides that include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- To start, have your family decide on dates and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Beautiful CLEAN 5BD\/4BA Luxury Condo. HUGE Oceanfront balcony! 5 Stars! has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is commonly available online. If they are not listed, contact the property owner before you book the home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out what configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
- Looking for unique amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
Considerations for your stay:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- During check-in, document any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of concerns.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would at home.
- Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
