Step into this one-of-a-kind, elegantly decorated oceanfront condo on the third floor of Roxanne Towers. This bright and welcoming getaway features one bedroom and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, with a king bed, a Murphy bed, and a sleeper couch.

As you enter, the hallway leads you to the primary bedroom on the left. The room is furnished with a plush king-size bed and matching nightstands for your convenience. A dresser with ample storage sits across the room with a flat-screen TV on top, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. A full-length mirror in the corner makes getting ready effortless, and a private closet provides plenty of space for your belongings. The bedroom connects directly to the bathroom, which also has a separate entry from the main living area for painless access.

The bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, a vanity with a handsome granite countertop, and plenty of space to store your essentials. Guests are supplied with fresh towels, washcloths, and all the basics you'll need, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. To make packing simple, linens, pillows, and linens are all supplied, along with starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more.

Just outside the bathroom, you'll find a completely equipped kitchen with full-size appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Generous counter space and cabinets make it simple to prepare meals, and we provide all cookware, silverware, plates, and glassware. Whether you're cooking in or ordering from one of the many close by eateries or delivery options, dining is a breeze. The dining table seats up to six guests comfortably, with two additional bar seats for additional space.

The living room is a cozy and calming space designed for comfort. A soft couch pulls out into a bed, surrounded by warm lighting and tasteful coastal décor. A wooden accent wall adds appeal, while the electric fireplace and mounted TV create a ideal spot for movie nights. There's also a picnic-style dining table in the corner, ideal for gathering with family or friends after a fun day at the beach.

Step through the sliding doors to your private oceanfront balcony and take in the gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic. Appreciate your morning coffee as the sun rises or relax in the evening as you watch the waves roll in and the pool below glistens in the sunset.

Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well. Unfortunately, our guests do not to the exercise center that is privately owned and off limits! Our prices reflect the restrictions to that amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

You'll appreciate that Roxanne Towers is right in the heart of Myrtle Beach, ideally positioned for fun and relaxation. Just steps away from the lively Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, you'll find countless stores, oceanfront eateries, and classic attractions like the SkyWheel and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium. The iconic Pier 14 is just a short walk down the beach, ideal for fishing or grabbing a drink with a view. Our guests are only FEET away from the freshly extended Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The new Funplex, Tin Roof, and even Pier 14.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
