Check out this handsome 5th floor, partial ocean view vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is completely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation! It features 1 king bed, a couch that converts to a queen size bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Upon arrival guests will immediately notice the delightfully updated floor. To the left of the main door is the bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, handsomely updated vanity, huge mirror, and toilet with cabinets above!

Moving right along is the kitchenette. While this rental does not offer a stove, there is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Everything you need to heat up a meal or a modest snack will be simple to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very trendy in this area.

Just past the kitchen is the main living space. This is by far the most calming space in the entire condo! This space features a king size bed, a nightstand, a enormous couch that converts to a sleeper couch, a desk with chair, a huge dresser for storage, a sizable wall mounted TV, and access to the private partial ocean view balcony!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Sea Mist also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to savor before relaxing in this gorgeous unit.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
