Birdie on the Green at Magnolia Pointe - Vacation rental home in Myrtle Beach, SC

Location is key and this condo is close to everything. Just 10 mins. from the airport and the beach. Mini golf, Grandiose Prix, Boardway at the beach, Boardwalk, eateries and activities are all within a 5-min. drive. Sit on the balcony overlooking a lake and Myrtle Wood Golf Course.
Corner Unit with a cavernous comfortable living area full of windows and natural light. sizable intelligent TVs in every room. A Giant-full size kitchen and inviting decor that will make you feel at home.
The couch in the living room can be turned into a twin bed for an additional bed.

Entire space is for you to appreciate!

Guest can message me through Airbnb. I try to respond quickly.
There is a Ring doorbell on front door. It is the only camera and is there for safety.
Rules:
1. No Parties or enormous gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 5 max. guests
Washer & Dryer:
The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. I have supplied numerous laundry pods and dryer sheets for you.

Garbage:
I have left numerous garbage bags for your use. Please remove the bagged garbage from the apartment and place in any of the garbage bins found on the side of the building by the parking spots.

Extra Bed: the modest couch pulls out into a twin bed. Extra blankets are located in the master bedroom.

Pool access: You’ll find a ring with a black key fob and 5 wristbands inside the welcome basket. Use the key fob to unlock the pool gate. You do not need to wear the wristbands, but please keep them with you while at the pool. Be sure to return the full set to the basket after use to avoid replacement costs

Beach Items:
In the outdoor closet, I’ve supplied multiple beach items for your enjoyment.
Several adult size beach chairs, body boards, beach mat, umbrella with sand stand, beach towels, beach mat and cooler.
These are yours to use and take to the beach. Please wipe off sand prior to returning them to condo. I supply beach towels, please don’t take bath towels to the beach.
Quite hours are 10PM to 7AM
$100 replacement fee if pool fob is lost
At check out:
1. leave towels in a pile
2. check for all belongings
3. do dishes or run the dishwasher
4. remove any food & trash
5. Double check door is locked
