Myrtle Beach offers miles of sandy beaches, many golf courses, mini-golf, shopping, amusement rides, eateries, outlet malls, and so much more. This property also offers a heated pool that is open year round.

This elegant condo offers all the amenities of being at home including a full kitchen with full sized appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer. You have access to the entire space during your stay.

Unwind and feel secure, as this property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras allowed within the private space of the property.

The "Fun Zone" and Waterpark are only available to guests booking through the on-site Sand Dunes management company. Unfortunately, there are no options to use these resort conveniences when using off-site managers. You do have full access to the other pools, exercise center, eateries, etc. though for no additional costs or charges.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No family pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, events, or sizable gatherings.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a max. of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In with the off-site manager using a valid matching ID showing they are 25 or older.
Login to the Guest Portal for access to the room access codes on the day of arrival. Once the condo is cleaned and ready you'll be able to Check-In via the portal. From your phone you'll need to expand the menu by clicking on the stack of books icon in the top right corner of the portal. Once checked in your room access code will be supplied. Upon entry to the condo you will find your pool passes and a parking pass if required near the microwave. There is a max. of 1 parking passes for Studio condos. Extra parking passes are not available. You must register your car(s) with the manager – make, model, color & license plate #.

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, additional amenities, etc.

Our guests get full access to the indoor and outdoor pool, but the Fun Zone and Water Park are not available to guests using off-site units.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our prices competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/kids in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/kids in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Money saving strategies:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Often, property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your home life. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
