Located on the 3rd floor. Please note there is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable using stairs

Inside, you’ll find a bright living space, a completely equipped kitchen for painless meals, and a roomy bedroom designed for restful nights. The additional half bath adds convenience, especially for longer stays



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very cavernous condo.

*1 Queen bed and 1 pullout couch in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Family Animals are not allowed

*Sheets and linens included.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with magnetic fob key and bracelets. Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather. There is a $100 charge for lost or broken fob and $50 for bracelet. (4 bracelets supplied)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
