Appreciate a comfortable sleep for up to 4 guests plus a fur-infant. Private kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, full bathroom and private balcony are also yours in this supersized oceanfront studio-condo. Your private balcony overlooks the resort pools and has a picture-ideal, front-row view of the ocean and the beauty that lies within! The resort accepts guests access to all amenities, to include the pools, gym, and eateries.
We welcome furbabies! Animals must be declared with each inquiry, and up to 2 family pets are allowed in this unit. Dogs must be housebroken, potty trained, and must not bark excessively or disrupt neighboring unit. Please note that overly disruptive dogs could result in the termination of the reservation without a refund. If your dogs like to bark, we have multiple other homes that are pet friendly without connecting neighbors, inquire with us for those if interested.
The pet costs are $20/nighttime, this is a flat fee that we must charge, as the upkeep and our cleaning expenses are higher for guests who bring dogs.
Please note that by renting your vacation space through Vacation Rental By Owner, you are consenting to the private unit rules/expectations, which are listed below. This is a privately owned unit and not affiliated with the resort’s rental program. Therefore, all linens, towels, cookware and furnishings belong to the unit owner and cannot be replaced or repaired by resort maintenance. Please message us directly with any concerns or needs and we will do our best to accommodate you as timely as we can.
Now for the booking rules:
Have fun, Unwind, Make yourself cozy! But please read the following in full before sending an inquiry:
By booking this property, you agree to abide by the following home rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the premisis without refund.
*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS INSIDE THE CONDO, ETC (hosts live close by, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)
*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND PRESENT AT THE CONDO (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)
*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)
*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE CONDO AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST
*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ACCEPTED ON OR INSIDE THE CONDO AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed at this vacation home)
*UP TO 2 DOGS ACCEPTED FOR $20/nighttime FEE to be paid PRIOR to arrival. Please note, the resort requires dogs to be around or under 20 lbs... we know this is not realistic for most pet owners, so if you are bringing bigger dogs, we MUST know in advance their weight, breed and age. We will make the call as to whether they can stay in our space or not.
*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS BEACH TOWELS, ETC
*QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM-8AM (maintaining the tranquility with our neighbors and our reputation within the resort is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the resort will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)
*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)
*DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN (it is a safety hazard and will cause moisture to build inside the condo, which can result in mildew)
*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.
If your booking is approved, please read the following:
Thank you for choosing our Patricia Grandiose oceanfront unit with spectacular vistas for your Myrtle Beach vacation! We are so excited to host you, and hope your group is able to create many lifelong memories while visiting.
A few things we must address:
This is not a event unit, we do not allow underage drinking, drug use or smoking inside the unit. Our goal as Airbnb hosts is to approve guests who want to relax with family and/or friends without causing disruption within the resort or among neighboring units. By avoiding “event groups” we are able to host future guests who can feel confident that we have taken the proper steps to ensure a clean and hospitable environment.
The resort is composed of primarily hotel units, with roughly 25% for private use (Airbnb, Vacation Rental By Owner and long term tenants). “Hotel guests” pay additional resort costs (among other added costs) for use of their amenities. As Airbnb hosts, we do not charge resort costs to our guests. Unless otherwise restricted onsite, we have been told that our private bookings include access to the pools, snack bars, eateries, gym and complimentary parking. If you find that access to any of these amenities by AirBnB guests has been revoked during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can contact the proper management team.
This unit is privately owned and not affiliated with the resorts rental program; therefore all blankets, linens, towels, pillows, and cookware in your room belong to the homeowner, and inventory will be taken upon check out. Please ensure you do not send any of our upgraded linens, towels, or linens to housekeeping for laundering purposes. We provide enough towels for all guests for the duration of your stay, but if you require more, please message us directly and we will do our best to help.
Please contact us directly with any maintenance issues.
Upon check out, we require the following as part of the departure checklist:
- Strip the used beds (we thoroughly wash all linens between each reservation, to include sheets, pillow covers and blankets)
- Pile all used towels in the shower (all towels are washed in hot water and bleach between bookings)
- Gather all trash and have it bagged for simple removal (we provide trash bags)
- Any dirty dishes must be thoroughly cleaned and returned before departure
- Please remember to take with you any food from the refrigerator, freezer or cabinets. If you will be getting on a plane and cannot take food or drinks with you, we will remove it from the unit.
-Let your host know you have vacated the property. Unless otherwise arranged beforehand, cleaners arrive promptly at noon on checkout day to begin prepping for the next guests. Please do us the courtesy to let us know the door has been secured and the unit is ready for turnover. You may savor the resort pools for as long as you'd like, but the room will no longer be available to your group after checkout. Please note, the keypad codes are changed frequently and security cameras are in place to prevent tampering with or entry without permission.
-Guests may request a later checkout. This request MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance. If we are able, we will allow an additional 30 mins. at no charge.
From Labor Day (first Monday of September) through Memorial Day (last Monday of May), guests may request a 3 pm checkout for an additional $30, or a 6pm checkout for $50.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests may request a 2pm checkout for $50, or a 5pm checkout for $75.
The additional costs must be paid 24 hours in advance, otherwise the group agrees to vacate the property at the normal 12pm checkout time.
Please acknowledge that "late checkouts" cannot be guaranteed, as we have many same-day turnovers, especially in the busy season. This is why we REQUIRE a 24 hour advanced request.
-Any personal items "left behind" will be stored for up to 24 hours before being discarded. Please let us know immediately if any of your items were forgotten. Anything appearing to be trash will be discarded immediately, so double check every drawer before leaving :)
