Bedrooms: Three elegantly furnished bedrooms await, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite features a king-sized bed with its own bathroom shower/tub plus private balcony access, while the additional second bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom features a king-sized bed, all adorned with premium linens.

Each bedroom includes intelligent TVs.





Bathrooms: Appreciate the convenience of two pristine bathrooms, equipped with plush towels, complimentary toiletries, and modern fixtures.



Living Area:

Step into the roomy living area, where natural light floods the space through huge windows with a impressive golf course view. The elegantly decorated interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day on the golf course. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to all amenities on site and complete access to the unit in it's entirety.



Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and savor!



Free parking is available for cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

1) I DO NOT charge credit card costs. The payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests. I do not and pay that charge myself.



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous administration or booking costs like most on these platforms. I prefer to be upfront and honest about my costs prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning costs are a standard rate across Myrtle Beach. You’ll appreciate arriving to a shining clean home, and so will the next guests! There is a special team assigned to this property and they are great at their job.





The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
