We are ready to welcome you to our Ocean View King Suite located at the handsome Forest Dunes Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our suite can sleep up to four guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider.

Our rental is available for Saturday – Saturday stays during the peak season and three-nighttime stays during the remainder of the year. Décor can vary from unit to unit.

*Each adult will be included a wristband at the time of arrival. Wristbands are needed to access pools; each adult will need a wristband for pool deck entry. Wristbands are also needed to access the lobby from 10pm ‐ 7am and access the fourth-floor parking garage crosswalk and stairwell.

*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

*Family Animals are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered family pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this resort is in the city center and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Chapin Memorial Park, or check out an event or a game at Myrtle Beach Sports Center. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your budget:

• Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. To book the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
