Welcome to Harmony’s Ocean Haven! As you enter the condo, you will be immediately greeted by gorgeous ocean vistas. The condo is decorated in a coastal blue and teal palette, bringing invigorating ocean vibes indoors and creating a seamless connection between the living spaces and the coastal beauty that surrounds.
The living room is cavernous and cheerful, with a Murphy bed, an extravagant dining area, inviting couch and a chair, along with a 55” intelligent TV, making it the ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the beach.
Our well-outfitted, full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, offering both functionality and a enchanting ocean backdrop for your culinary adventures.
The bedroom is the ideal place to rest after a day of sun and sand, with two comfortable queen beds and a dehumidifier supplied for a relaxing nighttime’s rest.
Appreciate thoughtfully curated original beach-themed artwork throughout the condo with new pieces added on a regular basis, as we create new art.
You will find a few beach essentials in the bedroom closet, such as body boards, a cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella. There is also a selection of books, toys, and games in the living room cabinet for those rainy days.
The bathroom features an refreshed bathtub/shower combination with a dual handheld massage shower, a separate vanity area, and plenty of fluffy towels.
Your sixth-floor private balcony is a ideal spot to take in impressive vistas of the ocean and coastline, watch dolphins, and appreciate the fresh sea breeze during moments of serenity. Here are some home rules to keep in mind.
1. By booking, you agree to immediately contact the host If you encounter any problems at the condo, and give us time to remedy any issues, as no refunds will be given after you have stayed the first nighttime.
2. Min age is 23 yrs. Identification may be requested.
3. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you're uncertain about your travel plans, as we do enforce our cancellation policy
4 We enjoy your help in keeping our space clean and tidy. If there is excess filth, evidence of smoking or vaping, missing or damaged items, or other issues, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs of cleaning and repairs.
5. Early check ins and late check-outs maybe possible if schedule accepts and may incur a fee of $50. Please contact us to inquire.
6. To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay, we ask that everybody adheres to the HOA rules. These include:
Do not hang or throw anything from the balcony.
One car allowed per unit.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas. This rule is stringently enforced, and you may be asked to leave the premises.
Please follow the pool rules posted at the pools.
Guests are responsible for any HOA fines due to violation of HOA rules.
7. We do not allow family pets as per HOA rules. Service dogs are always welcome.
8. Please do not bring bags carts into the unit. There is limited space for them, and they can damage furnishings and walls.
9. The host cannot be held responsible for any resort/amenities issues, including but not limited to temporary power outages, water shut-offs, repairs and maintenance, or behaviors of other guests, as these are outside of the host's control.
