We want you to know exactly what is—and is not—supplied before you arrive. Guests staying with us have access to the oceanfront outdoor pool and connected lazy river, indoor pool, and indoor hot tubs.

The mini waterpark located between the building and Ocean Boulevard and the Fun Zone pool area are separately owned and operated by the on-site hotel management. Those areas are reserved for their hotel guests who pay an additional resort fee. Guests renting our privately managed condo do NOT have access to the waterpark or Fun Zone.

You'll still have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, oceanfront pool and lazy river, indoor pool, and indoor hot tubs during your stay.

OCEANFRONT + CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that you don't have to choose between being directly on the ocean and being close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. You get both.

* Is this a studio condo? Yes. This is an open-layout studio rather than a traditional one-bedroom condo. The sleeping and living areas share the same main space, similar to a hotel-style layout. Unlike a traditional hotel room, you'll also have a kitchenette, dining table, couch, private balcony, and other conveniences that make it easier to settle in and feel at home.

* What are the sleeping arrangements? The studio has one king-size memory foam bed and one sleeper couch. Mattress comfort is personal, so we want to be transparent that the king bed has a memory foam bed. We especially recommend the condo for couples and modest families because the studio becomes cozier when the sleeper couch is opened.

* Is this a good condo for couples? Yes. Couples are one of the guests we think will enjoy this studio most. You'll have a king bed, couch, kitchenette, dining area, private oceanfront balcony, direct beach access, and walkable dining—all in a studio-style space that gives you the conveniences of home without needing a sizable vacation rental.

* Is the condo directly on the beach? Yes. This is an oceanfront property with direct beach access from the resort.

* Does the condo have a full kitchen? No. The condo has a kitchenette rather than a full-size kitchen. It includes a 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig, sink, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and silverware.

* Can we prepare meals? Yes. The kitchenette works well for breakfast, snacks, reheating food, and simple meals.

* Is there a dining table? Yes. The condo has a dining table with seating for 4.

* Is the balcony private? Yes. Your private balcony is exclusively for your group and includes four outdoor chairs.

* Are there any hidden costs? No. There are no required surprise costs or resort costs after booking. We can also connect you with local partners for beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and infant furnishings units that can be delivered before your arrival.

* Are bath towels and linens supplied? Yes. Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering those items.

* Is parking included? Yes. Free parking is included for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented. Parking passes are limited by the HOA, so please do not write on the pass and return it to the condo before departure to avoid a replacement charge.

IMPORTANT: Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed at this property. Please make alternate parking arrangements.

* Are pool armbands required? Pool armbands are required during peak season. When required, you should receive one band for each registered guest. Please make sure your reservation includes an accurate guest count so the correct number can be supplied.

* Does the resort have laundry? Yes. Coin-operated laundry is available at the resort laundromat.

* Do we have to clean, make the bed, or do laundry before leaving? No. You're on vacation. Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of the turnover after your departure.

* Are family pets allowed? No. Animals are not allowed at the resort under HOA rules.

* Can we smoke in the condo or on the balcony? No. Smoking is stringently prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. If professional odor remediation is required because of smoking, a $250 fine will be assessed.

* Do you provide food, condiments, coffee, etc.? No. This is a self-catering condo, so guests should plan to provide their own food, beverages, condiments, coffee, and other consumable items.
