Palmetto Vacation Units guests may use private owner pools within the resort.

Parking is available on-site, and private owner pools within the Kingston Plantation community are accessible to Palmetto Vacation Units guests. With close by eateries, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses, your stay offers both convenience and coastal relaxation.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
Verification: A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Seasonal Access: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
As a guest, you'll find public beach access ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
