Our 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom professionally decorated condo (unit 1808) is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH the PRESTIGIOUS, TOP-RATED MARGATE TOWER in Kingston Resort. It is OVER 3300 SQUARE FEET - 500 OF WHICH ARE BALCONY SPACE, and the ocean view from our condo is definitely incredible

Kingston Resort is CENTRALLY LOCATED right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to appreciate the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the handsome Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! AMENITIES GALORE:
Elegantly appointed, our ocean view condo is over 3300 square feet and offers an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The cavernous upgraded kitchen is entirely supplied, and the dining area offers seating for 8. Our living room has a pretty view of the ocean and has plenty of comfortable seating for calming after a long day at the beach. Chill out and watch your favorite show on our 55” FLAT SCREEN TV or enjoy a movie. There is an ABSOLUTELY HUGE MAIN BALCONY as well as a PRIVATE SECONDARY BALCONY - totaling OVER 500 SQUARE FEET OF BALCONY SPACE! Sit back, sip a drink or beverage, and watch the waves roll in and the sun drop down on another great day at the beach.

Getting Around:
Restaurant & bar in walking distance. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

Other Things to Note:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
7. No Animals Accepted (includes therapy family pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed.
