A very Luxurious, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath modernized condo. 1 king bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 pullout couch in the living room. It is located in Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas. Unwind with the whole family at this premium peaceful place in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Constructed around one of the two courses (Myrtlewood PineHills or Myrtlewood Palmetto), mins. from the beach and all main attractions! The kitchen is completely equipped with all the basics.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with its own bath. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with a shared attached bath. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms have TV with cable and the bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers for your convenience.

You will appreciate the huge modern and cavernous living room with multiple seating options sleeping couch, a appreciate seat, and plenty of calming time. A Flat Screen TV with cable access and a modern electrical fireplace.

Featuring a modern and charming kitchen entirely equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates six, and the counter bar with three bar stools.

The Condo comes with a complete coffee bar, with an espresso machine. Coffee has no time, but it has a taste that matters a lot. Have a good morning, with a sip of coffee or espresso!

The condo has a Laundry space with a washer and dryer, equipped with Laundry pods, a portable iron table, and Iron for your convenience.

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and multiple trash bags.
~ Only the initial amount of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges plus a violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine!

Guests can access the modest pool at the back of the building. Open 8:00 AM-10:00 PM. ******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the home/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control these dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

~ Smoking: NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo as well as on the balcony of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the condo and/or linens.
~ PET OWNERS:- Only fully trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. . Any violation of this policy will incur a $500.00 fine.
~ Events/Generous groups: No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Substantial events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
~ Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.
~ Renter acknowledges that there are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO FAMILY PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in pets, throwing events, or causing a disturbance to the Resort or other Guests.
~ Loading the dishwasher and turn it on & Throwing the Trash must be taken care of on departure. An additional charge of $250.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of before your departure!! (Dumpster down the corner)
~ Crib/Pack n Play and High chair and kid safety items supplied, (but guests are responsible for their own safety and usage) these items are supplied for convenience.
~ Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!
~ If you violate the Rules you will forfeit the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!
~ Absolutely NO Early Check-In or Late Check-Out unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guests.
