Quiet Hours Policy



Please note that this condo is located in a peaceful residential community.

Quiet hours are stringently enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Guests are required to respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Failure to comply may result in security being called, and a $150 noise violation fee will be charged to the guest.

3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
