1st floor Spectacular, Bright and comfortable condo. Open space with a balcony handsome view. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
*Family Animals are NOT allowed

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very roomy condo. 1 King bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Giant balcony with impressive pool view.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with magnetic fob key and bracelets. Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather. There is a $100 charge for lost or broken fob and $20 for bracelet. (6 bracelets supplied)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary.
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my home rules.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
