SAND DUNES RESORT is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in the striking section of Myrtle Beach known as the "GOLDEN MILE", the quieter section which is ideal for family vacations, beaching, shelling, walking and calming. CENTRALLY LOCATED, anything you could possibly want to see or do on THE GRAND STRAND is just a short drive away!
Condo 1805 is a LUXURY 3-Bedroom OCEAN VIEW CONDO located on the 18TH FLOORING with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS from THE LARGE BALCONY which is accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. The condo has Vinyl Plank floor throughout, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. This unit will SLEEP UP TO 10 PEOPLE with a KING BED in the master and 2 double beds in each of the other bedrooms. This condo has a LARGE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with pots, pans and any dinnerware you will need for those days when you just want to prepare and dine in. Plus there is a WASHER/DRYER LOCATED WITHIN THE CONDO so you can keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use during your stay.
SAND DUNES RESORT FEATURES MANY OCEAN FRONT AMENITIES! Appreciate the beach, sizable pool, lazy river, splash station & kiddie pool which are all located ocean front! Unwind at the indoor pool or indoor hottub. (NOTE: WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE SAND DUNES ONSITE RENTALS. THE WATER PARK AND FAMILY FUN ZONE LOCATED NEXT DOOR ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS.) CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
