The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can appreciate live music by the beach and a great ambiance. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping spots are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft as well as Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed only outside the resort in designated areas. Please smoke only in these areas.



This is a personally owned condo and not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 12, 2027.

-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 12, 2027, with completion expected by April 19, 2027.



During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.



Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
