The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located in the Magnolia Pointe Community. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: Pools will be closed on December 24th and 25th.



For upcoming bicycle rallies. NO motorbikes, scooters, trikes, slingshots, or trailers are allowed on property.



The peaceful hours are 10pm – 8am every day. (this includes the rear patios)



Pool bands are required for ANYONE in the pool areas.
