Deposit Policy
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

- Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent.
- Wavecrest Beach Vacations only rents to families and family groups.
- No home events or events allowed.
- Strict no-pet policy.
- No smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in common areas.
- No motorbikes, mopeds, trailers, campers, or boats allowed on the property.


Additional Details:
- This property is equipped with a noise-monitoring device to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors. No cameras or conversations are recorded, but excessive noise or crowding will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front door for security purposes.
