Property Rules
Please note a $30 a day resort fee paid directly to Sands Ocean Club upon arrival.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire stay
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is stringently prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and in common areas
No Family Animals Accepted: Pets are not allowed in the condo or on the resort property
No Parties or Substantial Gatherings: This is a family-friendly property, and excessive noise, events, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
min. Occupancy: The condo accommodates a max. of six guests. Additional guests are not allowed
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must check in at the resort reception desk upon arrival. Check-out procedures will be supplied before departure
Trash Disposal: All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster located outside the front entrance of the property
Parking: Sands Ocean Club’s parking garage is located just in front of the resort. Guests will check in at the reception desk for refreshed parking instructions and parking passes. Paid public parking is also available around the resort
