**Rental Agreement:**
A Rental Agreement must be finished within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damages up to $1,000. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
**Resort Conveniences:**
This condo is privately owned and managed. Resort amenities (pools, tram, eateries, etc.) and their hours are managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and are subject to change based on season or maintenance without notice.
**Starter Supplies:**
We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you settled in. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.
We want to ensure you have a exceptional stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our home rules to make your experience as enchanting as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We appreciate animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.
7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities included responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furnishings or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
