RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be finished within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in pretty condition while also protecting you during your stay.



Guests will have full access to the private condo, including the balcony, kitchen, and all in-unit amenities. You’ll also savor access to the Ocean Creek Resort’s shared amenities, which may include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, walking trails, beach access via the resort boardwalk, and on-site dining (availability may vary by season and building). Free parking is included, and a convenient tram runs to and from the beach during peak season.
