*can accommodate up to 4 guests (recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids). *Located close to ocean boulevard, beach and all main attractions.

*PET OWNERS: Only entirely trained family family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed .

*1 parking spot available. Motorcycles are not allowed. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than one car.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
