This condo is conveniently located along the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach; arguably the most highly sought-after area of Myrtle Beach! Our condo is less than a 10 min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, and many other tourist attractions. This apartment offers handsome oceanfront vistas, beach access directly across the street from the complex, outdoor pool, cavernous living area, upsized balcony, and so much more!

This apartment is entirely furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an upsized balcony with great vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet for storage, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a walk-in tiled shower, toilet, new vanity, and mirror. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the master bedroom as well.

Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the completely-outfitted kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, charming granite countertops, roomy cabinetry, single-compartment sink, stainless steel appliances, full size stove, refrigerator, freezer, and mounted microwave. There is a washer and dryer located in the utility closet on the back side of the kitchen. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more!

The living room and dining room are located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 couch, TV, accent chairs, modern decor, and access to the private balcony. The dining area is shared with the living room and sits just between the kitchen and living area. This area offers a dining table and chairs. The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was charmingly decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

The guest bedroom features a unique layout and is ideal for 3-4 guests. The bunk bed features a twin size top bunk, a full size bottom bunk, and an additional twin bed. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage, dresser, lamps for lighting, and window that provides natural light. The TV in the guest bedroom only offers Netflix and other streaming channels. Guests can effortlessly access the 2nd bathroom that's located just outside of this bedroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, new vanity, new mirror, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi. Additionally, we have newly lowered our cleaning fee from $150 to $120! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Ocean Forest Villas is an oceanfront complex along the Golden Mile and is conveniently accessible to downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This condo is only a few miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
