LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Grand 5 BR 4.5 BA ocean view raised beach home in Ocean Lakes Campground Myrtle Beach SC with 3 MASTER SUITES-Sleeps 14! This home is close to EVERYTHING Ocean Lakes has to offer right on Periwinkle Drive walking distance to water park, pool, recreation center, parks, basketball courts, corn hole, and only steps to the beach! But if you don't want to walk this rental includes 2 complementary golf carts for guests over 21 to drive around the entire campground and for the high five parade at the end of the nighttime (not for use outside of Ocean Lakes). This home not only has a giant master suite downstairs but 2 more master suites with their own bathrooms upstairs as well. The two master bedrooms upstairs have their own covered balcony for calming outside. This extravagant new construction home offers plenty of space for families or groups with five comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, three queen beds, and a fun twin over full bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed. These bed rooms will sleep up to 12 but if you need a couple additional people there is huge modular couch in the living room that can be configured into a sizable bed for 2 other people to sleep.
Appreciate your time relaxing on the huge covered deck with plenty of seating and dining table. There is also an outdoor living space under the home for relaxing and watching TV. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring close by, the calming ambiance invites you to relax and recharge.
Upon entering the home, you walk into the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. The kitchen is pretty with sizable granite island, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee maker for your morning brew, entirely supplied with all the essentials for your cooking needs. There is a enormous table with seating for 8, as well as, setting for 6 at the humongous kitchen island bar accepting everybody to sit and eat comfortably. The living room has a huge modular sectional couch and huge 75 in intelligent TV. There are additional TVs in all of the bedrooms. The first Master Bedroom is also on the first floor with a king bed and enormous en suite with large shower and double granite vanity. There is an additional half bath on the first floor so that the master bath can be private.
On the second floor, you will find 4 more bedrooms. There are 2 more masters with en suites. Both have queen beds, one with a large shower and the other with a tub/shower combo bath. Both upper masters have their own access to the upper covered balcony and additional outdoor seating. Then there are 2 additional bedrooms that share a bath with a tub/shower combo. The first is a queen bedroom with an ocean view. The second is a kid room with twin over full bunk bed and an additional trundle twin bed accepting that room to sleep 4 comfortably. Laundry is also located on the 2nd floor with full size washer and dryer.
This area of Ocean Lakes has roomy roads so parking under the home is simple and can accommodate 4 modest cars or 3 large cars. Ocean Lakes offers additional parking in their over flow lot if needed. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for washing off the sand after a day at the beach and a propane grille under the home as well.

Guests have access to all on-site amenities at Ocean Lakes. Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast.

Once reservation and All Fees are paid-Beach House Contract must also be filled in and signed then you will receive e-mail for cars. It is your responsibility to complete and or follow up with Ocean Lakes for car payment. Always check your spam folder. If done in advance, OL will mail tags out no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival and no later than 2 weeks. After that you will need to go inside the office to pay and collect your tags.***

Departure cleaning is mandatory because not everybody cleans the same and I want everybody to be happy and have a great vacation .
All linens and linens are included in the cleaning fee.

THIS ALSO APPLIES TO CHECKING IN BEFORE 4 PM...YOU WILL RECIEVE A TEXT OR EMAIL WHEN THE HOME IS CLEAN AND READY ALONG WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER THE HOME. YOU MAY NOT GO PARK AT THE HOME UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED ITS READY BECAUSE THE CLEANERS HAVE TO BLOW OFF UNDERNEATH THE HOME AND HAVE A PLACE TO PARK!

IF OUR HOME IS LEFT NEAT AND PASSES DAMAGE INSPECTION, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL...PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS FOR IT TO BE RETURNED.

***TWO COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS ARE PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. IF FOR WHATEVER REASON, THE GOLF CARTS BREAK DOWN, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO GET IT FIXED ASAP! HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT PAY TO RENT YOU A GOLF CART NOR WILL WE DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM THE RENTAL RATE. ALSO, IF OCEAN LAKES WERE TO REVOKE MY GOLF CART PRIVILEGES DUE TO A RENTER'S MISCONDUCT, I WOULD NOT HAVE A GOLF CART FOR ONE YEAR FOR MY PERSONAL USE NOR FOR MY RENTERS USE! IF THIS WERE EVER TO HAPPEN, WE WOULD NOT PAY FOR YOU TO RENT GOLF CARTS FROM OCEAN LAKES, NOR WILL WE DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM THE RENTAL RATE. FUTURE RENTERS WILL BE NOTIFIED ASAP! YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART AND MUST ABIDE BY THE STRICT RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPOSED BY THE HOMEOWNER AND OCEAN LAKES. IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16-20 YEARS OF AGE THAT WANTS TO DRIVE A GOLF CART, THEN YOU MUST RENT ONE FROM OCEAN LAKES.
