Ocean Lakes-new constructed home w/ upsized deck on corner lot-4 blocks from beach.
Family Tides was constructed in October 2023 with 5 bedroom and 3.5 baths it is ideal for any and all getaways! This is our family's home away from home and we are thrilled for you to make memories in it! Because it is our second home we pride its cleanliness and immaculate features including brand new appliances. It is a stilted home on Coral Drive in Ocean Lakes. MH15B is the site number and this corner lot is walking distance (only 4 blocks) from the ocean, playgrounds, basketball courts and all of the many Ocean Lakes amenities.
Ocean Lakes amenities offer excitement for everybody and include:

Family Tides has 2 very sizable, upsized decks with ample parking for cars and golf carts. It is the ideal corner lot for people watching and has access to a peaceful side street as well. Family Tides has a huge covered area on lower level for hanging out and a ideal sitting area for a fire pit (fire pit not supplied). This property has high top chairs that overlook the street, outdoor dining table with seating for 8, as well as a kids table on the 1st floor deck. Also on the lower level there is a enormous walkthrough outdoor shower with hot water and plenty of space for hanging towels, ideal for after beach cleanups. The covered stairway that leads up to the home are directly off of the outdoor shower.
Inside Family Tides you will have everything you need for your stay with linens supplied (bed sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towel, bath mats), a completely equipped kitchen- cookware, dishes, silverware, cups, etc. The kitchen table seats 6, the stools at the island seats 3 and a modest 4 chair kids table for indoor dining as well. The kitchen has a sizable pantry and huge refrigerator with dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the living room area with a couch and 2 rocking recliners. Right off of the kitchen is a private half bath for guests. Next to the half bath is a king bedroom with full bathroom which includes a very large walk in shower. Also in this king bedroom is a crib. Making your way upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a tub shower. The first bedroom is a king bedroom with access to a patio door for sitting on the second deck. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds with access to a patio door for sitting on the second deck. The third bedroom upstairs is a bunk bed room that offers a double bed on the bottom, twin on top and a pull out twin trundle. The last bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. All of the bedrooms in Family Tide are equipped with new beds and beds and each room has closet space, nightstand and dresser.
The home does not include bicycles, golf carts or beach equipment.
