Handsomely appointed, our 2 bedroom home offers space for the entire family and welcomes you with a unique open floor plan and ample room for everybody to spread out and savor themselves. The upgraded kitchen is entirely supplied, and a dining area compliments the space.

Our living room has a gorgeous ocean view and features comfortable seating for calming after a long day at the beach. With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grandiose Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our cavernous villa, which features handsome vistas of the ocean from our 8th floor “perch in heaven” private balcony.

Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the beautiful Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! 1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Family Pets Accepted. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

Skip the lines! Check in time is 4PM, Guests can go directly to the property and start visiting. No formal check-in or check-out required.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed.

• The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
