This condo is located on the tenth floor of an 18 story complex and has all the amenities you would have at home – a completely equipped kitchen to include an ice-maker, blender, table service for eight, coffee maker, etc.; a cavernous living area to include cable, DVD, wireless internet access, central heat and A/C; two bedrooms (one king and one queen) and two baths, with more than enough closet space. Space is not an issue as this condo measures just under 1500 square feet

A washer and dryer are located directly across the hall for your convenience.

This condo is ideally suited for four; however, with a queen hide-a-bed in the living area, it can comfortably accommodate six. This condo is immaculately clean with ceramic tile in the kitchen, living area and bathrooms. The bedrooms are surfaced with fresh vinyl planking accented with area rugs. Sheets and towels are included. PLEASE – this is a no smoking unit and no family pets are allowed. The condo association does not allow for the parking of motorbikes.
