As of Winter 2025, this penthouse has undergone a full remodel, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. The entire condo has been freshly painted in warm, inviting tones that instantly make you feel at home. Every piece of furnishings is brand new, chosen to elevate the space with a sleek, opulent vibe. The living room now features a bespoke-designed media wall and an eye-catching bar feature that's both chic and functional. We even added a classic arcade game to keep the fun going when the weather's not cooperating!
Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully upgraded, one with a beautiful, tiled walk-in shower and the other with a resurfaced tub surrounded by chic new tile. Each bathroom also features new sinks, faucets, repainted vanities, and shining granite countertops. The kitchen has been equally refreshed with new granite countertops and a classy, bespoke backsplash, giving the space a clean, modern look. No detail was overlooked, the owner really spared no expense in creating a getaway that's both impressive and comfortable.
This penthouse sits on the 12th floor and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with multiple dressers, closet space, intelligent TVs for streaming, high-speed Wi-Fi, two full bathrooms, and a cavernous, completely equipped kitchen that makes it simple to prepare and entertain. But the real highlight? The expansive ocean vistas you'll appreciate from every single room, including the kitchen. Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorbikes or family pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
