Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project



The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for roughly 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.



During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.

Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.

As of Winter 2025, this penthouse has undergone a full remodel, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. The entire condo has been newly painted in warm, inviting tones that instantly make you feel at home. Every piece of furnishings is brand new, chosen to elevate the space with a sleek, opulent vibe. The living room now features a bespoke-designed media wall and an eye-catching bar feature that’s both beautiful and functional. We even added a classic arcade game to keep the fun going when the weather’s not cooperating!



Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully upgraded, one with a charming, tiled walk-in shower and the other with a resurfaced tub surrounded by fashonable new tile. Each bathroom also features new sinks, faucets, repainted vanities, and shining granite countertops. The kitchen has been equally refreshed with new granite countertops and a chic, bespoke backsplash, giving the space a clean, modern look. No detail was overlooked, the owner really spared no expense in creating a getaway that’s both stunning and comfortable.



This penthouse sits on the 12th floor and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with multiple dressers, closet space, intelligent TVs for streaming, high-speed Wi-Fi, two full bathrooms, and a cavernous, completely equipped kitchen that makes it painless to prepare and entertain. But the real highlight? The expansive ocean vistas you’ll savor from every single room, including the kitchen. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sun dip below the horizon, the scenery is simply memorable. Keep an eye out, you might even spot dolphins right from the balcony!



The first bedroom, located to the left as you enter the condo, includes two queen-sized beds, a dresser, a closet, a private bathroom, and its own floor-to-ceiling ocean view that’s really show-stopping. The bathroom is entirely equipped with a vanity, tub/shower combo, ample storage space, and pretty tile finishes.



The second bedroom, on the right side of the condo, features a cozy king-sized bed and direct access to the oceanfront balcony, ideal for those who want to wake up to the sound of the waves. This room includes a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer tucked inside for your convenience, and the second bathroom is just a few steps away in the hallway.



The kitchen comes fully supplied with everything you might need: full-size stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basic cookware, dishes, and silverware for whipping up meals at home. If you’re in the mood to discover, you’re in luck, Myrtle Beach is known for its countless dining options, many of which are just a short walk or drive away. Delivery is also widely available for nights when you’d rather stay in and appreciate the view.



The living room is designed for relaxation and connection. It features a enormous, comfortable sectional, an accent chair, coffee and end tables with lighting, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a dining table that seats six. And of course, there’s simple access to the balcony, just open the doors and let the ocean in.

All bath towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also included for your use as well.

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorbikes or family pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
