Inside, the gorgeously updated condo features distressed wood-look tile floor, a king bed, sleeper couch, comfortable rock fireplace, 55” Intelligent TV, bespoke driftwood lighting, and a fresh high-top bistro dining area. The entirely updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, updated countertops, bespoke cabinetry, and modern backsplash finishes. The bathroom has also been charmingly upgraded for a fresh coastal feel.

For added convenience, guests can park directly on the 5th-floor parking garage level near the unit.

2. We appreciate family pets, but they’re not allowed here. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
3. No events or events. Violations may incur a $500 additional cleaning fee.
4. Please respect max occupancy. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest.
5. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Excessive noise may incur HOA fines of $50+
6. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Violations incur a $500 fine.
7. No trailers, watercraft, motorbikes, buses, or motor homes are allowed anywhere on the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-returnable damage waiver supplied by a third-event insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
